11.2 Wireless Connection

Playon!DVR

supports two types of wireless structure; 1) Ad-Hoc mode & 2) Infrastructure mode.

The wireless USB dongle is optional and may not be supplied in your package. Please refer to your local

vendor if you wish to purchase one.

Playon!DVR

is compatible with IEEE 802.11N, G & B standard. We recommend using IEEE 802.11N connection for

best wireless network performance.

Connecting in Infrastructure Mode with your wireless AP router.

1) Ad-Hoc Mode

Direct 1 to 1 wireless network

connection between a wireless PC

and the Playon!DVR

without

going through a wireless AP router.

2) Infrastructure Mode

Requires a wireless AP router to

wirelessly connect to your network.

Select [Network] => [Wireless Setup].

At the Home Menu page, select [SETUP] or press the

[SETUP] button on the remote.
